Born on the press floor.

Merch Monkies didn't start in a boardroom or a business plan. It started on the production floor of Knoxville Screen Printing, our 2,750 square foot shop in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Here's what kept happening: clients would come to KSP for a run of shirts — a brand, a gym, an online store, a side hustle taking off — and then they'd ask the same question:

"This is great... but can you just print and ship these for us? Under our name?"

They didn't want to stock inventory in their garage. They didn't want to box orders at midnight. And they definitely didn't want their customers seeing someone else's shop name on the packing slip.

There wasn't a good answer for them. The big print-on-demand sites are faceless — nobody to call, inconsistent quality, and your order is one of a million in a warehouse somewhere. So we built the answer ourselves.

Merch Monkies is the white-label fulfillment arm of Knoxville Screen Printing. Same presses. Same people. Same quality standards we put our own name on every day — except your orders go out with your brand on them, not ours.

Merch Monkies is owned and operated by Shawn — a local law enforcement officer, bomb technician, and 12-year firefighter who built Knoxville Screen Printing from the ground up. When you work with us, you're not opening a support ticket into the void. You're working with the same crew that runs one of Knoxville's working print shops, with screen printing, embroidery, DTF, and DTG all done in-house.

We answer the phone. We fix problems. We treat your customers like they're ours — because while your order is on our press, they are.
